Fact: Beachclub O. not only has a green roof, the venue itself is also very “green”. The Beachclub
is equipped with an energy-efficient geothermal power station which provides warmth during the winter and cooling during the summer. An efficient system that uses the floor radiation to cool the venue during the summer. All the refrigerators, from cold store to beer pump are connected to an energy-efficient and effective ground water cooling system. The air conditioning system is
equipped with heat recovery.

The lighting consists largely of energy efficient LED lights. In addition, there is also considerable attention paid on sustainable material choices. Maintenance-free materials are used. These do
not have to be replaced, as maintenance and replacement is a relatively heavy environmental component.
