You make sure operationsrun like clockwork
Beachclub O. is all about quality time: Mediterranean dishes and delicious wines on the beautiful beach at Noordwijk. No two days are the same here, and as a supervisor it’s your job to make sure operations run like clockwork. From summery days on the terrace to the most elaborate parties, you make sure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
You support the manager with a range of tasks, such as preparing briefings and rotas, communicating with the kitchen and leading the team. Whenever someone has a question, you always find the answer, and with your knowledge and experience you get every new colleague up to top level in no time.

What will you do?
As a supervisor at Beachclub O., you’re responsible for:
- Supporting the restaurant manager
- Leading and coaching staff
- Checking stock and placing orders
- Opening and closing the restaurant; preparing and keeping daily reports, cash-ups and stock lists
- Working on the restaurant floor; taking orders, advising guests and serving food and drinks
- Supporting and training new staff and interns
Who are we looking for?
You recognise yourself in the following profile:
- Working and thinking at vocational (MBO) level, the Dutch secondary vocational education standard
- At least 1 year of work experience in a comparable role
- You have leadership skills
- Knowledge of or an affinity with wine
- You’re enthusiastic, guest-focused, commercially minded, decisive, resilient under pressure and a team player
- You’re flexible and available in the evenings, at weekends and on public holidays
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; German is a plus
