Beachclub O. can be divided into three spaces. Use them separately for a small session, or combine them into one large room. For a conference, one space can serve as the plenary room and the other two as breakout rooms. All spaces enjoy natural daylight; the Serre also has a glass ceiling.
We tailor the layout to the purpose of your meeting: boardroom, U-shape, theatre or circle. The Zeezijde terraces and the adjoining Brasserie terrace can be reserved separately, guaranteeing exclusive use of the beach club.

Meeting with the North Sea next door
The Strandzaal set up for a meeting: presentation screen, a long table looking out over the beach and French doors opening onto the sand. Afterwards the same room can turn into drinks or dinner, or you can move elsewhere in the beachclub.

The meeting package is available as a four-hour or eight-hour option. Either way, you get your own room with a sea view, presentation equipment including an 84-inch touchscreen, and coffee, tea and water throughout the session.
During the breaks a selection of drinks is ready along with a healthy snack; lunch is a sandwich lunch or a set lunch menu. Would you like to round off the afternoon with something sweet or some bar snacks? We will arrange that too. A single point of contact looks after the day from arrival to departure.

A brainstorm calls for space, light and as few distractions from the workplace as possible. Every room at Beachclub O. enjoys natural daylight; the Serre also has a glass ceiling that makes the space feel open. The session takes place in a closed private room, so the conversation stays within the team.
The flexibility of the three rooms allows for varied working formats: start in plenary, split into subgroups, then come back together. Projection and sound facilities are available for presentations or feedback.

The three flexible spaces make a full conference programme possible without delegates ever having to leave the building. Choose one room as the plenary space and use the other two for parallel sessions. The Zeezijde terraces and the adjoining Brasserie terrace can also be reserved, guaranteeing exclusive use of the beach club.
If you need more space than the building offers, the venue can be extended with a temporary beach pavilion. With the 15 by 40 metre XXL marquee, capacity rises to 1,500 delegates.

Practical information for organisers.
What is the minimum number of people for booking a room?
We welcome business groups from 10 people. The beach club itself has room for up to 300 people; with the 15 by 40 metre XXL marquee this can rise to 1,500 guests.
Book a tableWhat audiovisual equipment is available?
Projection and sound facilities are available as standard, plus an 84-inch touchscreen for presentations. For larger gatherings, our AV partner draws up a professional technical plan.
Where can participants park?
Beachclub O. is located at Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard 106 (beach access 16-17) in Noordwijk aan Zee. Parking options include Vuurtorenplein (3 minutes’ walk), Wantveld (5 minutes) and Palace Plein (7 minutes). For groups we can arrange a shuttle on request.
Can we stay for drinks or dinner after the meeting?
Yes. Afterwards the same room can be transformed into a venue for drinks, dinner or a party, or we can host the drinks or dinner elsewhere in the beachclub. The kitchen serves walking dinners, seated dinners and Green Egg Barbecue buffets.
