What should the event achieve?
Events covers occasions with a clear business goal: a team that needs to grow closer, a product going to market, or a brand showing itself for the first time. That goal shapes the set-up: a team day has a different rhythm from a launch with press and invited guests.
The venue adapts: 286 m² indoors and 343 m² outdoors, in various layouts, and if needed extended with a temporary beach pavilion when the event needs more space than the club itself offers.

A team day only works if the programme is actually about something. That is why we start with the question: do bonds need strengthening, is communication faltering, or is there a need for creativity? Our experienced facilitators choose the activities to match, not the other way round.
The options range from relaxed and culinary to active and informative. A day can consist of an indoor workshop, an active session on the beach and a moment of reflection on the terrace, or one continuous programme, if that suits the group better.

At a launch, one moment counts: the reveal. We set up the space around it. The (private) spaces have modern audiovisual equipment, including projection screens and a professional sound system, so a presentation or film comes across without a hitch.
We decorate and personalise the space to your wishes, so the product’s branding carries through into the surroundings. Afterwards, the conversation continues over catering tailored to the audience, with the sea view as an extra reason to stay.

Beachclub O. is located at Koningin Wilhelmina Boulevard 106 (beach access 16-17) in Noordwijk aan Zee, with the North Sea as its backdrop. Every brand identity has its own story; we style the surroundings so they match your vision rather than work against it.
